  The file sizes have been set on the system if you exceed them it will deny your upload. If it is something you really want uploaded just notify the admin or moderator and we will see what we can do.
  
  NOTE: If you are caught uploading files infected with viruses, trojans or other malicious code. You will be warned and the uploaded files removed from the server. On 2nd offense you will be temporarly banned for 5 days, and next offense you will be a perminently banned. So check your files before uploading.


• 8. Post Property
  
  All posts are property of the poster. This forum and all web sites owned in conjunction with this forum have the right to request alteration or deletion of any offensive post. Posts may be deleted for any reasons the forum administrators deem reasonable.


• 9. Pictures - Movies - Files
  
  Pictures, movies and files are allowed as long as you stick to posting/uploading them to the correct content areas such as (forums, galleries or personal galleries) on the website. All posting, uploading and linking of files/pictures/movies must follow rules stated in rule #5 and #6.

  You are allowed to use our avatars or upload your own image. Make sure that the image contains NO XXX MATERIAL (i.e. actual sex acts) of any kind in this image. If you are caught using a avatar that is not authorized that avatar will be removed and you will be warned. If you continue to break the rules on avatar content you will be a temporarly banned for 5 days.


• 12. Signatures
  
  Signatures may contain images, but may not be any larger than 468x60 (banners are permitted). If your signature is larger than the allotted size given or deemed unacceptable by staff, you will either be requested by a moderator to resize or change your image, or the moderator will do it for you. Please also try and keep text signatures under 5 lines. Do your best to keep your image size to under 100k due to load times. Failing to comply with a moderator's request will result in the removal of your signature.
  
  NOTE: No promotional or business advertisements in your signature unless they are authorized by the Adult-ChitChat staff.


• 13. Galleries and Personal Galleries
  
  You are allowed to post pictures to the galleries just please follow the warnings or instructions in the descriptions on the particular gallery. See Rule #5 for types of pictures not authorized. This rule also encompasses the personal galleries as well.

  Advertising commercially-related products is forbidden in any relation to your account. Unless you get permission from the Administrator or Moderator.


• 15. Correct area to post
  
  Remember to post in the correct area of the forums. Take your time to look over the forums to see where your topic should go.
