Online GIF Tool

Hey Everyone

Found a good tool online to resize or add effects to an image. This is great for working with avatar images. You can even edit animated gif's and not loose the animation.

Work's great I have used this a few times to test it and worked every time. When you are done editing the image the way you want it just right-click on the image and select 'Save As' or 'Save'.

It's mainly for animated GIF's but those are the ones you usually can't change the size of manually because the animation stops working.
