My cure for stress: I take 1000mg of Vitamin C per day, it keeps away sickness, you get from getting run down.If and When I am getting sick, I add a tablet of ZINC with the vitamin C. Oh ya, don't forget, sex can help too! with the release of stress

We know all to well that sex always cures that headache and makes the stress go away... its just conviencing the wife to take the treatment...

Vit C is probably the best thing you can take on a regular basis I recommend it highly for general health

According to my knowledge some stress may help your body to prepare for certain challenges. smokers may smoke more if they are stressed, and people who drink alcohol to relieve stress may become dependent on it. In the long term this will push up your risk of having a heart attack or stroke, and of developing certain cancers. Overall, if you are under long-term stress you are at greater risk of developing disease or dying prematurely.

Yes stress for long periods is bad for you but generally some stress is good for you. It keeps you from just being a big lump on the couch.
