DarkOne's new PC he is building...

Postby DarkOne on May 17 2007, 09:41 PM

Well finally ordered all my pieces to build my new PC last night on newegg. I love newegg I have been using them for years they are the best.

Spent about $1725 in all and I think its a decent deal for what I bought.

Dell is having a great deal on their 20" wide screen lcd monitors I love this thing and its nice no dead pixels or anything nice quality and default resolution is 1680x1050.
Get the monitor here: http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=dhs&cs=19&sku=320-5123

Just added a SoundBlaster X-Fi Fatal1ty Platinum. Nice soundcard and it has 64mb of memory on the board to help take some pressure off the processor to process sound so overall your FPS should go up in some games and of course the sound is great.

Next addition will be Windows Vista and another 2GB of memory a little Christmas present too myself if I can afford it after getting all the kids stuff.

I will try to get some pics this weekend :)
